On-Demand eSignatures

IntegriSign Express, Interlink’s on-demand esignature service, eliminates the email-print-sign-fax process triggered by the need to capture a wet-ink signature on documents that require immediate attention, such as quotes, estimates, and contracts. A Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, IntegriSign Express is fast, secure, easy-to-implement, and cost-effective.

There are just four simple steps to e-signing with IntegriSign Express:

1. eMail eSignature Invitations
• Originator uploads document in PDF format to IntegriSign Express and enters recipients’ email addresses. IntegriSign Express sends email invitation to each signer.
2. Capture eSignatures Online
• eMail contains link to server where document resides. Each signatory signs the document electronically.
3. Receive eSigned PDF
• Once process is complete, final e-signed PDF is sent to each signer and to originator of the process.
4. Archive eSigned PDF
• eSigned PDF is archived or forwarded on for further processing.
